A winner of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) award 2014 for ‘Best Commercial Development, Northern Ireland’, this £30 million, five-storey mixed use development comprising 156 loft style apartments and 1.580 sq.m (17,000 sq.ft) of retail space is regarded as one of Belfast’s premium developments.

Located on Belfast’s Ormeau Road, the unique design incorporated the brick façade of the original 1890 building, a podium courtyard garden by Diarmuid Gavin, a glass link bridge and a rooftop gymnasium.
